Ask a Librarian is an online chat where you receive live help from Librarians. The Librarian will give you answers and email you websites for more information.
Times available :
- Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
- Sat-Sun 10am-3pm
Click here to log into the Brisbane City Council Library, then click on the Ask a Librarian tab. Have your library card ready with:
1. The barcode, which is on the back of your library card. Type in the whole barcode.
2. Your PIN number is the last 4 numbers of your barcode. If you have changed your PIN number then use that one instead.
