Walk to school with your child to teach healthy habits from a young age. Join us for National Walk Safely to School Day on Thursday 22 May and create regular walking habits. The Active School Travel Committee still promotes Walking Wheeling Wednesdays and any other days you allow some simple and healthy walking or cycling to school in your busy schedule. Should you live too far away from school consider to park in a distance and walk the last 500 to 1000m. If parents are too busy to walk, students are invited to walk to school along Burrendah Road from opposite the Mankinna Street intersection.  AST committee members will walk with the students. A sign will mark the drop-off point. Parents can drop off their children between 8:15 and 8:30am and collect them in the afternoon between 3:20 and 3:30pm. In the afternoon, students for the walk back from school will meet in front of the Tuckshop.
