A reminder from the Jindalee State School Student Council………….

Please don’t forget tomorrow, Tuesday 23 June is ‘Wear Red for Eddie’ day. We would love to see all the students of Jindalee State School wearing red tomorrow because it was Eddie’s favourite colour. Anyone who wears red is asked to make a gold coin donation and all money will be managed by the school and presented to the Hellmuth girls as vouchers for items they need and would like.
Also, since the letter we sent home last week, Kirsty Wilkie and other Jindalee mums will kindly make cupcakes to sell tomorrow at first break with all proceeds to be put together with the Student Council money for the Hellmuth girls. We would love to see them sold out tomorrow! Cupcakes will be $2 each. They will be sold to Year 1-6 students, from the area behind the office, at first break. Prep students should put their money in an envelope with their name, class and number of cupcakes written on the envelope. Envelopes should be given to their teachers. Cupcakes will be delivered to the Prep classrooms. Please send correct change.
Thank you,
Student Council
For larger monetary donations, the Jindalee State School and Centenary State High School P&C’s have set up a donation account. Details are as follows:
ANZ Bank
BSB:014-215
Account number: 294 620 028
This account will come up as the ‘Logan House Fire Support Network’. You will then need to then type in ‘Edison’s Family Recovery Fund’ to ensure the money goes to where you intend.
Friday’s funeral details will be published in Wednesday’s newsletter.
