QParents is an online portal that provides a convenient new way for parents to communicate with their child's school. As a parent, you can view your child's student information and also submit changes to some of their details. At stage 1, the information that can be viewed includes attendance records, events and timely access to invoices and payment details. Parents will also be able to update their child's details, pay invoices online, and let the school know of changes to normal routine, such as when their child is unwell or has to leave early.
To ensure the QParents invitation to join is sent to the correct parent / carer, we need our families to ensure we have your child's details correct. These details may include who is the main contact, email addresses, home address, and changes in parenting agreements or custody orders. If you need to change any of the above please contact the office before Friday 28 October, 2022.
