This week our students in Years 3 and 5 will engage in NAPLAN and they are ready!
We have spent the last couple of weeks ensuring our students are comfortable with their BYO device and familiar with how their device works best for them.
Students have also experienced online learning site (e.g. Grok Learning and Microsoft Whiteboard) to support our students in refining the digital skills needed to engage with the online test environment. Recently, our students experienced the NAP demonstration site and engaged in a practise session within the testing platform.
Like any other school day, we would like to remind families to support their child/ren by making sure they have their tech kit sorted every day. This kit includes:
- a fully charged device
- headset (if wireless, also fully charged)
- keyboard (Year 3s)
- a carry case (with cover for iPads), and
- the device is up-to-date (iPads should be iPad OS 17.4)
